Towing Reimbursement
In the event your vehicle becomes disabled and needs to be towed, you will be refunded up to $50 towards the cost of towing; not to exceed the actual towing charge.1

Key Registration
Key registration is designed to give you convenient access to your keys should you misplace or lock them inside your vehicle. Upon the purchase of your vehicle, you must obtain your key numbers from the dealership. We will keep your key numbers on file for you. In the event the registered key numbers are needed, you can call 1-800-881-2886 between 8:30am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday and we will furnish you with your key numbers to take to the nearest locksmith.2

Emergency Lock Out Service
Emergency Lockout Service is, if your keys are locked inside your vehicle, you will be reimbursed up to $25 for locksmith services per occurrence; not to exceed actual locksmith charge.3

Tire Replacement
If you are required to replace a tire as direct result of a road hazard, you will be reimbursed up to $50 (one tire) per occurrence.4

Emergency Road Service
Emergency services for gasoline delivery, installing your inflated spare tire or for a battery charge will be reimbursed up to $25 towards the cost of service.5

Ambulance Reimbursement
If you or your spouse are involved in a vehicle accident/collision in your registered vehicle and require ambulance services; we will reimburse you up to $100 per occurrence with a maximum of two (2) occurrences or $200 within the two (2) years following the vehicle purchase date.6

Trip Planning
If you are planning a vacation, simply fill out the trip planning card and send it to us at least 45 days prior to your departure date. For ground travel in the United States, you will receive driving directions from one city to another with some helpful information about traveling. You are eligible for four (4) custom map packages during the two (2) year period.

Trip Interruption
If you are more than 100 miles away from home and your registered vehicle becomes disabled, we will reimburse you up to $50 per day for a minimum of six (6) days for meal (restaurant only) and lodging (hotel/motel) expenses incurred by you and your family.7

Accident Information Checklist
Use this checklist in the event of a vehicle accident. The information listed will be helpful to your insurance company. At the scene of the accident, these are the first things to do right away:
  1. Make sure your engine is off
  2. Check for injuries to yourself, your passengers, and the occupants of other vehicles. Attend first to anyone not already walking and talking. Apply direct pressure to bleeding injuries. Do not move the injured unless they are in a burning vehicle or in immediate danger.
  3. Get help - Ask the next person who stops to phone for police and an ambulance, if necessary. Make sure police are notified if anyone is injured, claims to be injured, or if you suspect injury may be claimed later.
  4. Try to warn other motorists. Use flags, lights, flared, white cloth tied to aerial, etc. Ask for help directing traffic around the scene until the police arrive.
    Now, the important follow up:
  5. Identify yourself to the other driver(s) and to person(s) injured: use your driver's license number, insurance company, and policy number.
  6. Identify the others involved. Make an accident report. It is important to get the driver's name, address, driver's license number, the name of the registered owner, the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and license plate numbers. Do not forget to get the names of other occupants of each vehicle.
  7. Do not debate the accident. Do not discuss the circumstances or responsibility with other involved (on the scene or afterwards), or anyone except a verified representative of your own insurance company.
  8. Limit yourself to statements of fact only to the police.
  9. Be sure to get all information detailed on the accident record. These are details that are important and too easily forgotten.
  10. Do not sign any statements or reports except those required by law.
1) Reimbursement is up to $50 per occurrence with a maximum reimbursement of four (4) occurrences or $200 within the two (2) years following vehicle purchase date. Advantage Plus is an independent contractor. Towing services are NOT provided or selected by Advantage Plus, Inc. or from the dealership where your vehicle was purchased. A copy of this card must be submitted along with the original paid invoice from the towing company within 30 day of the occurrence. The cost of the repair work at the facility is NOT included. Reimbursement will be provided only to the properly registered vehicle and packet recipient.

2) This is NOT a key replacement or reimbursement program. You will be responsible for any charges incurred to obtain replacement keys and we do not reimburse for lost keys. Reimbursement will be provided only to the properly registered vehicle and packet recipient.

3) Reimbursement is up to $25 per occurrence with a maximum reimbursement of two (2) occurrences or $50 within the two (2) years following vehicle purchase date. The original paid locksmith invoice along with a copy of the program registration card must be submitted within 30 days of the occurrence. Reimbursement will be provided only to the properly registered vehicle and packet recipient.

4) Reimburement is up to $50 per occurrence with a maximum reimbursement of four (4) occurrences or $200 within the two (2) years following the purchase date. We will not reimburse for tires with less than 3/32 tread depth; tires on vehicles other than passenger cars, trucks or vans; any tire covered by manufacturer's warranty, recall or replacement program; space saver spare tires; cost of balancing and alignment of tire; replacement due to rim leaks, vandalism, fire, theft, and any defects and/or used tires. The original dated receipt must be submitted within 30 days of the occurrence. Reimbursement will be provided only to the properly registered vehicle and packet recipient.

5) Reimbursement is up to $25 per occurrence with a maximum reimbursement of eight (8) occurrences or $200 within the two (2) following vehicle purchase date. Advantage Plus, Inc. is an independent contractor. Emergency services are NOT provided or selected by Advantage Plus, Inc. or from the dealership where your vehicle was purchased. A copy of this card must be submitted along with the original paid invoice from the towing company within 30 day of the occurrence. The cost of the repair work at the facility is NOT included. Reimbursement will be provided only to the properly registered vehicle and packet recipient.

6) A copy of the paid ambulance invoice stating you or your spouse as the recipient of the service and a copy of the accident report identifying the registered vehicle must be submitted within three (3) months following accident/collision in order to be eligible for reimbursement.

7) Reimbursement will be provided only to the properly registered vehicle and packet recipient. Total maximum reimbursement per individual is $300 within two (2) years following vehicle purchase date. To obtain reimbursement, the following information must be submitted along with this claim form within 30 days of the interruption. Brief explanation of claim needed, including properly documented receipts from the hotel, motel, and/or restaurant. An original dated and paid invoice detailing the service work on your vehicle must be submitted with a copy of the program registration card.
